These Terms of Use govern the purchase of goods, participation in DKRTR events, and use of this website operated by Racing Team Riga SIA (registration No. 40203742166, registered address Dravnieku iela 12 - 72, Rīga, LV-1021, Latvia; email racingteamriga@gmail.com; phone +371 26 886 697). By placing an order or registering for an event you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Products and prices
All prices are shown in euro (EUR). Product prices are displayed net of VAT with the applicable VAT rate indicated; the precise VAT is calculated at checkout based on the delivery country. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the time your order is placed applies to that order.
2. Placing an order
You select products into the cart and complete the order on the checkout page. Before payment you must tick the box confirming you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. A binding contract is formed once we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or a price was clearly erroneous), in which case any payment received is refunded in full.
3. Payment
Online payments on this website are processed by the payment platform https://makecommerce.lv/, operated by Maksekeskus AS. Available payment methods (bank links and card payments) are shown at checkout. Your card details are entered on the payment provider's secure environment; we never receive or store full card numbers. DKRTR race-entry fees, where applicable, are paid through the same payment platform.
4. Delivery
We offer the following delivery options, selected at checkout:
- Pickup at the RTRiga workshop in Riga, by prior arrangement — we email the exact address and pickup time after the order is paid.
- Custom delivery quote — for shipped orders we email an individual shipping quote and instructions after payment of the goods. Shipping cost is agreed separately before dispatch.
Typical handling and delivery time: 2–3 weeks (made-to-order parts may have a longer lead time stated on the product page). Risk of loss passes to you on handover of the goods to you or your carrier.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law. To exercise it, notify us at racingteamriga@gmail.com within the 14-day period and return the goods to Dravnieku iela 12 - 72, Rīga, LV-1021, Latvia in their original, unused condition. We refund the payment (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised (for example custom-built or made-to-order parts), as permitted by law. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they were faulty or incorrectly supplied.
6. Warranty and claims
Consumers benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee under Latvian law (in general, two years for new goods). If a product is faulty or does not match its description, contact racingteamriga@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue; we will arrange repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as required by law.
7. DKRTR event participation
Registration for DKRTR events is subject to the entry conditions and rules published for each event. Participants are responsible for complying with event rules and conduct requirements. Entry fees, cancellation and refund conditions for events are stated at registration; where not stated, contact us before registering.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Goods are intended for their described purpose; motorsport and performance parts must be fitted and used responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please raise any complaint with us first at racingteamriga@gmail.com — we aim to resolve issues promptly. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv) or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page.
