This Privacy Policy explains how SIA RTRiga ("RTRiga", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website, place an order, or submit a DKRTR race-entry application.   • Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number and delivery address; race-entry details such as your Discord tag, Steam ID, driver number, vehicle choice, team and country; and any messages you send us.
  • Order & payment information — the items or entry fees you pay for, and the payment confirmation we receive from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Technical information — your IP address, device and browser type, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your data

  • To process and confirm your race-entry applications and orders, and to contact you about them.
  • To take payment and issue confirmations.
  • To operate, maintain and improve our website and events.
  • To comply with our legal obligations and to protect our rights and the security of our services.

We rely on the legal bases of performing our contract with you, your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

Payments

Payment processing is provided by the payment platform https://makecommerce.lv/; therefore, to execute payments, our company forwards the personal data necessary for the payment to the platform owner, Maksekeskus AS.
